Aperitive Apps (referred to as “Aperitive”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy policy), a partner of Shopify Inc. provides Shopify Apps (the “App”) as well as relevant consulting and supporting services (the “Services”) for merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.



PERSONAL INFORMATION THE APP COLLECTS

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information (e.g billing information) from your Shopify account via Shopify APIs and complied with Shopify APIs License and Terms of Use.

Additionally, we may collect Personal Data about you when you voluntarily provide such information, including from the following categories and sources:

– Information we receive when you request services or when you complete surveys or polls, such as your name, address, e-mail address and payment or billing information.

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you to solve your problems in some specific cases; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services and other information which we think you may find interesting.
